A well prepared body will not only help you execute motor patterns and skills more efficiently, but will be less fatiguing and may help decrease your risk for injury!

Our perspective on fitness and conditioning is influenced by our medical background/experience (Physical Therapy), which gives us unique insight when designing programs to match an individuals needs! Each individually designed exercise package will include information on aerobic and anaerobic exercise, strengthening and balance exercises, creating a comprehensive program to prepare you for the high physical demands of downhill skiing. Your package will include a written exercise program, an exercise log and recommendations on inexpensive balance equipment. Exercise programs can be tailored for either in the home or at the gym. Consultation services are available for injuries or injury rehabilitation with the ultimate goal of returning to skiing.
